when I was 36 weeks pregnant I decided I want to learn to crochet so I can make my baby a hat, so I did lots of baby hats. Then I found this youtube video with a tutorial for baby sweater http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Gxs3rybO8EI

and it took me awhile and by the time I was finished the sweater was a bit tight on my daughter. But I am a new addict to crochet  Cheesy

Here is a work in progress of the sweater

and here it is finished, you can see how big she's gotten and how little time I had to work on it.

I am only sad that she got to wear it one time and since she is number 3 I wont have any other little girl to put in it. Hopefully someone around me will get pregnant soon so it can be worn more than once  Smiley

Oh and the whole thing was so easy to make, following the instructions in that video was really great.

That's super cute! I don't know if it would fit a Cabbage Patch or other size doll, but when I was little my mom gave me a bunch of clothes I had worn as a baby that she had made and I dressed my dolls in them.
