It has been a very beachy summer for me so far. Not too hippie but I'm enjoying the ocean, sun, and cool breeze! We are in myrtle beach now visiting family. Lots of hippie shops around. Might pick up a little something extra for my future partner!

Hi group!
I've been wanting to get involved with a swap and thought this one might be pretty easy for me. Reason #1 - I love teeny tiny things! #2 - I don't have time to do a lot of projects or even a single large project right now, so 3 tiny things is perfect. And #3 - I WAS a hippie! Hope I've outgrown the worst of it though - just left the cool things like flowers and bright colors and a love for crafting and recycling things into useful items and an appreciation for great music and a belief that we need to try harder to "Give peace a chance". And I'm a semi-retired English teacher, so the grammatical issues are intentional. Tongue

Looking forward to getting started. You all sound like a great group! (Does the 'you all' give away the fact that I'm a Southerner???)

Hee hee, pops, mine were too! Which part of London? Mum used to make all our clothes, bake and do the yoghurt thing. We used to eat beans and pulses from the local whole food shop before there was such a thing as 'veggie'. We had a kitchen garden in the back garden and used to 'grow our own'!  Wink
