That stuff is crazy. I had to turn part of it inside out with pliers.

I haven't worked w denim in so long, though I do recall some anxiety for it.

Crafty update:
I need to make my DH stand still for more than a second to help me find where he's hidden the sandpaper!

My friend lent me a really cool crafting tool today that I pretty much have to use, it will probably end up being an extra because I'm not yet familiar with how to use said tool.

I'm a genius and burnt my fabric when ironing it today so I have to make another trip to the fabric store tomorrow. I can't believe I did that. I should also pick up a new ironing board pad while I'm there because the burn pattern matched the metal underneath my ironing board and not the iron itself.
