I just have a question, though - when you say "no points", do you mean "you and your partner will work out the rough value of what you're sending" or "pot-luck you send something they send something"?

Yes.

I did a random swap 2 or 3 years ago ( wow, it's been a while ) and some partners did it the "work out the rough value"  way and some did the "pot-luck" way.

I go with the pot luck style.  I just like crafting, so then I don't have to worry about points, etc.

I don't know what I am in the mood to make.  I have been playing with paper, making a lot of pendents and mini books.  But I kind of feel like doing some knitting, and sewing.  Who knows?  I'll just stalk my partner when we get partners and go from there.

I just finished up the Put a Bird On It swap, which caused me much crafting anxiety and a complete creative block. I'm so stoked for this swap where there's a lot more scope for playing around with lots of ideas. I'm just getting all antsy and want my partner now so the stalking can commence...

I am so looking forward to partners, but on the other hand I'm kinda glad there's another week left before partners are given because it allows me to finish my immunisation course before this swap starts! Plus I can get some of my uni work out of the way too. It is going to be so much fun.
