7... years... She is amazingly beautiful looking... but 7 years o.0 My mind is blown lol. But I think she was worth it Wink She's a true work of art.
I would frame her butt and hang her on the wall with a plaque that read "This thing took 7 years... DON'T TOUCH IT!" Cheesy LOL.

Absolutely gorgeous! And suddenly I don't feel as bad about the cross-stitch that's been languishing in a corner for three years.  Grin Although, to be fair, I actually have multiple projects that have been in the works for at least that long. But thanks for inspiring me to get started again!

She's beautiful! Very nice stitching! Now that you have that WIP piece done, feel free to start on a duplicate for me.  Wink

All I can say is congratulations! You should be SOOO proud of yourself. It's beautiful.

She was worth the wait! Thank you all for your encouragement. Yes I am proud of myself. And no, you shouldn't feel bad for things you've had as WIPs for only 3 years. As long as you honestly want to get them done, you will eventually. Just try to do it before you die, that's my goal. No WIPs left behind!

Averia, harharhar, no thanks. You're an awesome stitcher, you can do it!

Now it's on to my other unifinisheds. I just found one I have been looking for since we moved into this house 6 years ago, started 7+ years ago. It was on top of a stack of stuff in the shed, that we've only had for 2 years! Can't wait to show you the finished product, but it will be in a different board and I might need a dress form for it.

A clean house is a sign of a wasted life.

It's much more fun, this growing down. -RIP Uncle Shelby-
