This is a 12 inch glass mosaic lazy Susan.  Easy to make.  Lowes sells boards pre-cut in circles.  Simply treat the wood with a water sealant  before applying the mosaic so that the wood won't warp.  You can buy a lazy Susan bearing for about $4.  Screw it to the bottom and viola!
