When I cook, easy is my middle name. Smiley

This is similar to a recipe I found on Pinterest, and wanted to share.

Step One: Ingredients
1 Angel Food Box Cake Mix
1 Can of Pie Filling (any fruit flavor will work), here I used Cherry. Add nothing else. Nothing.

Step Two: Mix 2 ingredients

Step Three: Bake according to package directions on box, till nice and golden. Never under cook Angel Food. It is Yuck  Tongue when not done.

Step Four: Let cool. Plate. Eat.

The cake comes out the color of the pie filling. So this cake is pink. I've also done blueberries for a blue cake. You can add whipped topping, fruit, ice cream, etc.

Easy and tasty summer cooking. Smiley Bonus: Angel Food cake is fat free.
