Some of us oldies are coming back. Craftster will always be my favorite crafting home. I had to take a hiatus due to a loss in my family, buying a home, and several life changes. I always tried to peek in when I could and I am back to regular checking. I really missed the site.

I'm so sorry for loss!

I smiled when I saw your name with your post.  Glad you're here.

I knew there had to be people talking about this! Glad I found the thread and learned it's not just me feeling that way ... and at the same time, sucks it's actually noticed by many, as it has to be true.

I wonder if Etsy has something to do with this as well - many people might be putting lots of time and effort into trying to make their hobby a self-supporting one or even make a living with their talent and it leaves them with less time and energy to share their work and admire others', here. I know I lost lots of steam that way ... but I always browse and come back here. It's such a great community and helps me remember, I'm not an only crafty weirdo Cheesy - there's more Out There. I just hope there will always be enough to keep this place going!

I haven't been posting much in the past few years, but when I do I am usually disappointed to find that no one has commented on my posts. It's quite demotivating. Maybe not when it comes to crafting, but definitely when it comes to sharing.  Cry

Aw, I just checked and you've only posted one project since 2013.  It probably got lost in the hustle of our days.  I just commented on it.  So pretty!
