I am not a novice by any means, but I cannot get a correct count for this blanket!  The second row instructions say, in part,  "knit into front and back (kfb) 2 times".  Does this mean KFB twice in the same stitch or KFB into one stich, KFB into one stitch?  For some reason, I cannot wrap my brain around this!  Huh

Thanks in advance!

Personally, I read it as knitting into the front and back of two stitches.

I JUST figured it out!!!  I've been bringing the yarn over the needles and creating 3 stiches instead of two!!!  Do'h.
