Got a great flag from Phizzychick today. I love when people who don't know me at all send me things I might have made myself!

I received my first flag yesterday, and it didn't take too long coming from Britain. Of course Phizzychick sent super-early, which helped a lot.



Look at how great this is! It includes not only one of the words from my list   but several of my other favourite textile things - vintage lace, linen, random stitching, etc.


Here's a detail to show the layers and the stitching.


And almost as good as the flag itself is this piece of printed card that Phizzy attached the flag to so it would stay flat in the envelope. Not a forbidden extra, of course, just packing material!
