So I have kind of lost count of how many bags I've done so far  Cheesy But here's some more. I got into a really big Harry Potter mood for some reason and made these bags. I am so in love with some of the new patches I've come up with. The more I keep doing this, the more complicated and detailed they are getting. Love it!

Bag 1!

Bag 2!

Bag 3!

Hope you enjoyed the show  Wink

Thank you guys! The Potter series is chock full of inspiration and I can't help but make more bags  Cheesy

(how do you make your braided handles, can i ask? are they fabric tubes or raw strips and how are you able to braid them SOOO long. i love them, too!)

susanab - The braids are made from raw strips of scrap fabric. I cut them about 1.5 - 2 inches wide and as long as the scrap is and then sew them together at the end, braid, and then sew at the other end. It's surprisingly sturdy and I like the scrappy look of them.

The ONLY reason I wish I could make patches is so I could make Harry Potter ones like this. I love the Free Kisses one! I'd love to see you make even more extensively themed Harry Potter bags...like a Slytherin one!  Cheesy

MadHatteh - I'm sure it's only a matter of time before I get into specific house-themed bags!

liewe_heksie - Thank you! They are all hand sewn/embroidered. The only machine sewing is on the handles and the hems for the lining.  Smiley
