When I moved to a whole new town earlier this year I never realised how cold the Winter would get here! I needed some Winter accessories badly, so I decided to try making some out of this sweater that didn't fit right.

I cut the arms off, and then gave them a new hem to make them into arm/leg warmers.

I traced another favourite beanie to make a new one, using the neckhole of the sweater as the headhole of the new beanie.

And then I used what was left of the sweater to make a scarf.

Here's all three new Winter accessories! For a more detailed tutorial & more pics check out my blog: http://owlobsessedoddity.blogspot.com.au/2012/07/diy-friday-how-to-make-armleg-warmers.html
