Im soooo happy you like it!!!  *hugs* I hope it was happy tears my dear, I prayed for comfort for you while I was stitching.

Im a little anal about my embroidery and often cut/pick thread out if I dont like the way it is looking (I did that 3 different times with your hoop!). Its just a lot of time and patience and planning before I start stitching. LOL It also helps to think about who your hoop is for and why you are doing it. <3

My amazing hoop came in from Untouchable Face.

Since we are both Browncoats, she fulfilled my dream of a Firefly hoop.
 
If only I could capture all the awesome!  The background is painted with some of the stars painted and others exquisite french knots!  Even more amazing when you consider it is glow-in-the-dark thread which likes to gets naughty (and knotty) while you stitch.

I can't stop touching it! I love all the little French knots (which I've never done in my life so I can't even imagine how work-intensive this was)!!!

Thank you so much rubylynns! What a great start to my hoopla wall (which won't literally be a wall until we move out into our own place and I can hang things on the wall). I might actually take it to work until then because I'm a librarian and this is perfectly appropriate for my desk!

soo many more great hoops!  I am loving all the wordiness.

I especially love the firefly hoop, what great background fabric and perfectly stitched and placed words.

And the french knots, so sweet and cool, one day I will grow up and learn to do french knots.
