Finished two more letters today.  So. Much. Satin. Stitch.

Finished up tonight!  Even packed it up and everything!  My closest post office has a self-serve kiosk, so I'll go and pop it in tomorrow.  It will sit there until Tuesday morning, but it'll be among the first to go.  Smiley

It's my birthday today! But that's not the point, the point is I got a DMC real-threads thread chart for a present, and I had to share it with someone who'd get it Grin I mentioned it to my boyfriend last october when we stepped into a haberdashery during a completely different errand, and he remembered and went and ordered one last month, without me having mentioned it at all before or since. Cheesy THREAD CHART! *pats the precious* Now I'll finally really understand these colorless charts I've got lying around, and I'll be able to mark up my mystery threads Cheesy

Can you share where he got it from?  The only ones I can find are just pictures and I'd love a 'real thread' one too.

Ah, that it would just instantly release online!

Working on making the hoop back at least passable. Not my forte.  But should be finished today.

I think it would be a lot of fun to send in some stitched rocks, but it's a 20euro entry fee. Sad

And I sent yesterday! The PO opened an hour late but I still got them out! Weeeeeeeeeeeeeee!

I'm really regretting my choice of printing off my pattern on tear away stabilizer then stitching over it. Why you ask? Cause I spent the past day trying to get little tiny pieces of stabilizer out from under my stitches without ruining them all! Next time I'm getting some of that disolvavble kind!! Ugh. Just happy its done with and now I can send it off!!
