My first wreath I made was actually on this post and was also made out of cardboard and vintage light bulbs.
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=401277.0 I failed though to show how it was made out of the cardboard and the steps on how it was made. Here are my two latest wreaths. Comments, suggestions and any sort of questions are appreciated!

Cardboard Wreath:
This one was made for college decoration. All you need is some cardboard, ribbon, hot glue, and some letters if you choose.(letters could also be made out of cardboard, mine were bought though) I covered my letters in scrapbook paper but you could also paint them or cover them in glitter(the possibilities are endless). If you want more of a tutorial I can post one.

Pool Noodle Wreath:
This wreath was made out of a pool noodle(for the base, it's cheaper than a wreath form mine was like $1) ribbon, wooden plaque, chalkboard paint, white paint, and hot glue. This one is a tad bit more crazy and is for a friend going to Arkansas.
The finished thing(if nothing gets added to the frame):Opinions needed should I add something to the chalkboard area like a bow or something or leave it simple?

The Base: I call them pool noodles not sure if that's an official name though.
