I was stuck for something to get the hubby for fathers day but came across this car kit in the pound shop. I let my 16 month old go wild with the paints to decorate it and then put it back in the box for daddy to make.

The only trouble was because it was so cheap it didn't come with instructions and was actually quite hard to make! So i ended up doing it cause daddy couldn't work it out!

How fun. What a shame he struggled to put it together, but it looks funky.

wonderful team work, between all of you.  Great idea to have the kiddo paint it then put it back in the box for Dad to build!

The wooden snap together kits are pretty hard. We picked up a penguin and a spider. There were many parts that needed to be glued together. Or maybe I was just not doing it right.

You and your little one did a wonderful job!!!
