I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this! We recently decided to theme our toddlers room as Cat in the hat. Its hard to get hold of Cat in the Hat material in the uk without paying a bomb for shipping so i've had to improvise! I bought two metres of each of the fabrics and am planning to use the rest to make matching curtains and a cushion for his book bench.

I made the hat out of red and white fleece so that i didn't have to worry about fraying! I'm a bit jealous now because he has a cooler quilt then we do!

Brilliant. I wish I'd had something this wonderful when I was a child.

Very cool, great job on the hat.  Even if you hadn't said it was Cat in the Hat, I would have known it from the hat.
