I fell in love with ponchos and I have a friend who also loves them, so I made one for her. She is slightly bigger than me, so it doesn't perfectly fit me, but you can see the idea.

(I have no idea why I keep my eyes closed on all pictures. Smiley )

I bought a poncho at C&A and I basically copied it, plus adding the armholes to the front seamlines.

Congratulations! That's a very attractive garment. I love the fabric colours & design. I too love ponchos & their various styles. (I made one from a plain coloured wool travel rug & it's so cosy.)
