I have very...*ahem*, specific needs when it comes to undergarments, and finding something that fulfills those needs while looking snazzy is pretty hard. That's why I finally got fed up with looking and made my own.

It's made from satin as well as a layer of black lace over skin-tone jersey. The straps were purchased pre-made from a craft store.
(the seams are looking kind of wonky and wrinkled because the cups haven't been stuffed yet)

Progress shot about halfway through

Whau - you are talented. How did you do it? Did you make the pattern yourself?

So pretty! I love the nude lining. Did you draft the pattern from an old bra or use a pattern?

This is fantastic! I'm planning on making my own bras soon, and hope that mine turn out half as good as yours!

Thanks everyone. This is the first undergarment I've tried to make, so hearing good feedback is encouraging.

I made the pattern from looking at patterns online of 3 piece cups and bullet bras. Once I got an idea of how the pieces should look and fit together I just kind of free handed the pattern and made a mock up. From that mockup you can see what needs changing to get the right shape. It took a bit of trial-and-error, but eventually I was able to get what I was looking for, then just pulled it apart and traced the pattern.

I'm learning how to find joy, instead of fault.
