Thanks Abby! I'm afraid I don't have an progress shots. As far how I do it, don't over complicate it, I simply use something to hold the place the actual drive while I make the sleeve and during curing, then remove it after curing and then glue the drive in place  Smiley

Really cool. This way you can offer different capacity drives to go with the sleeves.   So you can offer an 8/16/32 gig version.. and retro fit the sleeve once the order has been placed..

Just a thought..  Really nice work anyway  Smiley
