Thank you - but I have to admit that the wooden bird was not made by me - I wish it was, but it was a cute crafted goody that caught my eye when I was getting supplies at - get this - my local fabric store!  I just had to get it and add it to my package.

I received from JonnaMarco today.  She made 3 of the cutest owls!  They are my favs!  Then, 2 tile necklaces, one is an ostrich, and one is an owl.  A tie dyed, stenciled T-shirt that I will wear w/my capris when school starts again, extra bird fabric, and a mixed media bird art.  Thank you so much!  I love it all!

I received from gotgrey on Tuesday but I have been sick so unable to post pics. Sorry about that. Here is the loot, and I got a lot of it. I'm just going to try and post the pics since I have written and deleted this message three times now. I don't know what I'm doing wrong but if I get the whole message typed out again and it deletes without posting, I think I will take a hammer to this stupid laptop!

Ok, now for a description: several painted wood peices, grackle stencil stationary and loose canvas art pieces, vintage trays, vintage tiny decorative birds, painted birdhouses, oh there is just so much! Thanks gotgrey!

Also, I'm going to post some close ups of what I sent got grey, just because:

these little guys are made frombaking soda clay, my new favorite thing:

Great swap so far guys. I can't wait to see the rest of the goodies.

Thanks for the close ups of what you sent me Jonna.  I got to take 2 pics, before my camera died.  I need to charge it up.  I'm a little worried it might die soon though.  It takes FOREVER to take the pic.  It also makes a long ticking noise when it takes the pic.  It needs to last a good bit longer, as there is no $ in the budget for a new one right now.  Sad  Maybe some day, I will get a better camera, and I can take better pics too.  Jonna and I are "birds of a feather" when it comes to grackles.  She was like, "We both like grackles, who else likes grackles?"  Smiley  And, she has a different than me sense of humor, hence the bad word in the grackle painting.  Did I surprise you w/that Jonna?  Smiley  I can be different once in awhile too, I suppose.  Actually the grackles were a last minute inspiration, and are my own stencil.  So glad that I kept hold of the box a little longer.  I had been finished for a long, long time.  But, I hadn't taped the box shut yet.  Were there 3 grackle paintings?  I just want to make sure that I sent all 3.  I'm a scatterbrain sometimes.

So much fun stuff - love the grackles, the pendants and the baking soda clay owls.
May have to try that with the preschoolers!
