It is pretty easy in a slow cooker with cheese cloth.  Smiley

I literally make stock while I sleep!

Don't you wake up hungry? Or maybe you have delicious dreams of restaurants and diners by the chimney.

I will try this next time I buy a rotisserie chicken. I always end up with too much chicken and homemade broth will be so tasty. Thanks for the recipe and the great tip of the cheese cloth.
