The handwoven fabric is tightly woven. Is it considered canvas? I asked the people at the weaving shop near me and they said No, just call it handwoven fabric hehehe. See the link below

I have opened an online shop and Im wonderin if I would call the fabric 'handwoven canvas' lolz.  Wink

I suppose if you go by what wikipedia says,  then that fabric would not necesarialy be called canvas.  It could be canvas weight, but as it states that canvas is typically plain weave, and fibre content is important too.
