Harry Potter game-

I made this for the one tiny Harry Potter swap- which requires you to make an item no larger than 4" X4"
I believe I accomplished that- The box that is the game is 4"x4"

Game objective: Help Harry Potter find  Horcrux and the weapons needed to destroy them
Playing pieces:
   one board            one Sorting hat
   4 playing pieces
   1 dice
   45 potion and spells cards
   32 owls and howlers Cards

The Horcrux:                           The Weapons:
   4 Salazar slytherin's Lockets    4 Tom Riddle's diary   4 Gryffindor Swords
   4 Rowena Ravenclaw's diam    4 Helga Hufflepuffs cup   4 Basilick Tooth
   4 Marvolo Gaunt's Ring       4 Nagini         4 elder wands
   4 Harry Potter

Choosing Playing pieces- in true Hogwart's fashion, you must first be sorted into your house. This is  done by placing all playing pieces into the sorting hat and each player then draws a playing piece- House is determined by the students tie. Green and white =Slytherin, Red and gold= Gryffindor-, yellow and black= Hufflepuff, Blue and white= Ravenclaw.

Players start in their House common room denoted by the crest in the corners of the board that corresponds to that students tie.

You must roll a six to come out of your common room and start your hunt.
 
Each student can only collect one of each horcrux and weapon.

When you land on a space that is marked with potions and spell or owls and howler player must draw a card and follow what is written on the card..

Detention= turns lost. if you draw a card that states 2 days detention you must sit out for 2 turns

Winning the game:
Players go around the board as many times necessary in order to collect the 7 horcrux and 3 weapons. Once a player has obtained all 10 artifacts he or she returns to the houses dormitory- located at the center of the board- (Dormitories for each house are denoted by  stairs in house colors to the right of each common room) this is the first and only time a student may enter the dormitory. First student to reach their dormitory wins!

also would you be flattered or bothered if i made something similar? (it would just be one for my friend for her birthday, as she would go nuts for it, and one for me, not to sell or anything)

I LOVE this!  My kids ADORE Harry Potter.  They would be blown away to get this for Christmas.  Is there any way I might find out what the cards say on them so I could try to make something similar?  (Not nearly as good as yours though, this is amazing!!!)

This is a game I want to play!  Its ingenious the way the board folds up into the box!  I love all the little clay details.
