wow--I am so glad I hung on to my family's Japanese knives and scissors!  I saw your post and recognized two of them immediately!  What magazine was your article in?  I would love to read about it! I was not able to get to your blog--is the link broken?

BTW--the hot dogs look fun and would probably make a non-cook like me look like a genius!

The hot dogs are a lot of fun, no fancy knife needed.

Great! It is a lot of fun... I am going to try it on something a little bigger next. Maybe polish sausage dogs?

I didn't even got to try to make them because my DH jumped on the idea and disappeared with the sausages. I tasted them and they're delicious.
