I used up lots of my vintage yarns to make this, it's just standard granny squares in all different colours, 12 on each side, then lined with some flannel and a vintage fabric pocket...

Your bag is very cute and takes me back a few decades.  I have some old magazines that specialize in granny squares.  Maybe I'll look up some patterns.  Thanks for sharing.
