Hi again...thanks for comments and curiosity!

We have had some 'events' (parties, work weekends, hunting re-groups etc) at the cabin.
And..the cabin is evolving!
yeah.

There is still one more bathroom to re-do. I'm thinking Sierra Nevada beer bottle caps on the floor of the upstairs bathroom...since we certainly seem to have gobs of 'em piling up. Or..a wine cork floor. Or...hardware washers in a swirl pattern (with resin)... or an astro turf floor!

Given the variously sized peeps coming and going in that bathroom, and the only shower/bath in the place is located there..the floor continues to hold up well. No clouding, No chips. No spiked-heel divets. It is sooo easy to clean up too. Frankly...threads, dust, dead bugs, left over mud globs, etc are hardly noticeable.

It is rather odd to have new guests being brought in to "check out their bathroom floor". But, we are proud.

I recommend this! I find I am hearing of all sorts of other folks using this  floors strategy for a cheap option.  It can be done! Do not hesitate or freak out. It is easy peasy.

This looks great! If I had a low traffic room, I'd love to try it.

(P.S. "Manflesh" is hysterical)
