I made these smiley face juggling balls and drawstring bag for my son who is at Boy Scout's camp with his Dad.
They are driving back home for the 4th of July and then going back to camp until Saturday so I made them to take back.

They are made with two balloons and rice.  If you google it there are a lot of tutorials out there.  There is even a really cute super heroes one. Very easy to make and would be a cute, inexpensive give for a child.
