I love designing my own Christmas ornaments. Here's the latest. It consists of two open spirals. (facing in opposite directions). The larger, lower spiral is beaded with 3 dangles. The upper spiral forms the hanger. The dangles are homemade headpins with tiny spirals on the end. I found that if I added some jump rings to the top of the dangles, it made them "dangle" more. (they moved more and reflected more light.)
It's about 4 3/4" long.

There's a slide show tutorial here on youtube.

There's also a free pdf tutorial on my blog. Here's a direct link to the tutorial.

I enjoy making my own beads from recycled materials. Also, designing with wire.
