Went back to burger basics this weekend. Made the classic all-American burger to get into the mood of 4th of July.









My big tip for making juicy burgers is to add cold water to your meat.
The cold water binds with the cold hamburger meat to give you extra moisture and a juicy burger.
Usually it is a quarter to half cup of water per pound.

Yep, quite real Smiley

But a funny thing is I have actually made a not real 3D burger once for an illustration.
I am a graphic artist and work a lot in a 3D program called lightwave.

Here is an image of the 3D model I made



And how it turned out when I was done.

Oh, I've heard the water trick before for meatloaf but hadn't thought about it for burgers. Your rolls look great, I love bread!
