I spent FOREVER on this hat. (it's my second project, my first was a scarf)

this is my first kitty hat....I'm working with a blue Cotton Ease yarn...i'm double stranding it...1 more inch before I start working the decreses...I cant wait to finish it....

That's so pretty! Gorgeous! It really suits your complexion (sp?) and I LOVE the sparklyness.

Do you think I could do this on straight needles then seam it? I can't be bothered to go and buy a load of DPNs/circ. needles. (My big bag o' knitting equipment came from my grandma.)
