It's funny- this swap has worked out so that a bunch of what I'm claiming is stuff that I've pinned at some point. Making a double batch of stuff=goodies for swap partner AND me!

Really you guys? We have 3 claims so far this month and they're all for me! What the crap you guys? I feel so loved but so overwhelmed! I still have my 2 1/2 claims from last month to finish. Bah. *deeo breath* OK, now that my vacation is over I think I can get back on track and start pumping out the claims... I hope. Thanks for all the love, friends!

I received from Bunny today. Way more than I expected. Look:


A set of 8 of these peacock cards. Sweet! The stones are big and shiny and lovely.


A set of 6 of these mini-cards. Too cute! I think they will be perfect for when I don't really want to write a note in swap packages but still feel the need for something.


And a loosely knit cowl, just because she didn't think the cards were enough. Isn't she sweet?

Those cards are so pretty....

I'm definitely a "play to my strengths" kind of person in these kind of swaps, mostly because I like knowing for sure that it's something I can make well.  Two weeks doesn't leave a whole ton of wiggle room if I try a new technique and it epically fails, and I still have fun making lots of variations on the same kind of items.  But that's just me.   Smiley

That's why you attempt it first and then claim. If it works, sweet! All you need then is the address. If it fails, well, nobody has to know the difference.
