I just made sure the puzzle I bought (although cardboard) is wicked thick. The sanding it down a little after is a great idea though!

I'm looking for wrist watches or old clocks. Broken or working, doesn't matter! I will swap anything you would like.

I have a technical question. I got a puzzle with the lowest amount of pieces I could find(48). I seriously don't know where all the framed 24 pc. puzzles have gone, lol. The one I picked is a Spiderman puzzle, and my question is should I primer the pieces or just leave that to the people I swap with? On the one hand, I'd like to save someone a bit of time, on the other, I don't know what media everyone will be using so I don't want to prime them with something incompatible. What do people usually do?

I've never primed any of my pieces. When I get yours I would paint them enough times to cover up the photo. Then I embellish with what ever I'm using. Some times I cover with paper, sometimes I leave it painted.

ok more questions...i am trying to make my own puzzle from a template onto cardboard,
i want a 10 pc puzzle and couldn't find one so i want to make one, that way i have a complete puzzle at the end of this swap. but cutting isn't as easy as i thought. any suggestions on how to easily cut your own puzzles?  does anyone know of a tutorial on cutting your own puzzles? my 1st try was so bad i had to throw it away my 2nd was better
but there has to be an easier way.
