there are a few ways .
1} using a metal punch or drill put holes where you would like it to hang from and add a jumpring .
2} the piece already has open spaces so you could hang it from those .
3} and the bails that someone else mentioned

as clayfaery have suggested a small hole can be drilled which is not easily visible to slide through the chain... Undecided

Depending on the thickness of it you could drill part way into it and tap threads on to it. Or you could drill and solder your bails

use some ties with a leather band! or with multiple leather cords, and put it in a sided position to make an asymmetric necklace, like this:
