I claim sweetyevil for pillowcases for her boy cousins!
(1,0,0)
HI! I'm Summer from Texas. I am mom to 3 amazing boys 12, 7, & 7. We live on a ranch outside of Houston that has been in my DH's family for over 150 years. We raise and breed cattle and my sons show cattle all over the state of Texas.
Like most moms today I try to do everything! I work at a local church as the Director of Children's ministry, sit on the twins elementary school PTO, volunteer in scouts, and run around like a chicken with my head cut off. I enjoy scrapbooking, sewing, jewelry making, and various other hobbies. Hobby Lobby is my favorite store - I have memorized the layout, and frequent it often
I am a diehard LSU fan - we bleed purple & gold in our home, and when we are home on a Saturday in the fall, you can be guaranteed that college football will be on the TV!
My very patient DH Matt:
Crown Royal oven mitt or hot pad for grilling - or anything that is made from upcycled CR bags
Gloves for the winter
365 day flip calendar (like those desk size ones) with funny sayings or jokes on the pages
NEW!
A Honey Badger t-shirt - it can be stenciled, bleached, embroidered - any medium. He would LOVE a "Honey Badger Don't Care" shirt! 3XLT
My oldest son, Tate - He is 12 and loves to draw. He also shows cattle and is VERY active in Scouts
Boy Jewelry - cord necklaces with cool pendants, hemp jewelry, leather bracelets, corded bracelets
A cool sketchbook for him to cart around
A really cool LSU Pillow or pillowcase
Large pillow in boy fabric – I could stuff it if you make it

I claim texscrapper for Finger puppets
2/1/0
I live in Iowa with my boyfriend (of 8 years) and our small Multipoo dog named sissy.
Blue
= Big Wish
We have 3 main “groups” we give Christmas gifts to. One is a people around town that we give gift bags too. The second is distant relatives or people we know too well for the gift bags. The third is immediate family. I could use help with this year. I have no clue what to get the first 2 groups so you could make anything you wanted. The only thing you should keep in mind that most are couples and most are senior aged. I made a board on
pintrest
with some ideas. They are just to give you ideas; you don’t need to make something on the board if you have a different idea. I also have a
board
for the 3rd group. Again, that is just for inspiration; you can make anything you think they would like.
-
Tiny gift(s)
The “tiny” ones are people around town (the first group). Usually I pick up all 8-10 of them for around $20 (just to give you an idea on value). This is like the mail man and the trash guy. It is okay if they are really tiny. I am going to leave them on my list and make little goodies bags. Maybe ornaments, snack bags, cooking mixes, magnets, hot coco mixes,
finger hot pads
, alerted notebooks, bookmarks…. Really, anything you can think of. I am horrible at coming up with ideas. You don’t need to claim all 10. Just claim how ever many you want to meet the swap requirements, or “mix-and-match” with other things on my list.
-
Small gift(s)
(the second group) Usually we spend around $10-$20 each on these. We will send 4 of these this year. I don’t actually know any of these people, as they are distance relatives of my boyfriend’s or his ex (he got along well with her family well, and likes to send them something small). 2 are couples, 2 are single (1 women, 1 man). All are seniors or near it, with no kids in the house. If you like things more spelled out, here it is:
Small gift A
Our Neighbors. Married couple. In their 60’s. He is in a wheel chair.
Small gift B
Male, Single. In his 50’s In a band. Loves anything related to music and comics. Likes old 30’s and 40’s cars.
Small gift C
Female, single. 55 years old.
Small gift D
Bf’s ex-parent-in-laws. Married. In their 70’s (or so). He is a retired fireman.
My boyfriend’s Grandkids
Perhaps someone likes making gifts for kids? You could make anything you would like.
My boyfriend has 4 kids (all grown). 2 are married with kids. One has 1 boy (age 7) and 1 girl (age 3). The other has 2 boys (ages 8 and 2). We could use some gifts for the grandkids (don’t worry about the “kids”, they like cash
We just need gifts for the grandkids.)
Some ideas:
- Maybe something like
this
for the youngest boy?
-
Stuff animal sleeping bag
for the girl
-
Checker Board
Any medium (sewn, knit, crochet, etc). I would like to get 2, they don't need to be done by the same person.

Anything!
My Parents
My dad is disabled. Some days he is in so much pain he can’t leave his bed. Other days are better. His favorite things are going to breakfast and his dog Rosita. Rosita is great for him. When he has bad days she will lay next to him all day. Other days, she is great at getting him out of the house. She loves playing ball and car rides. So a great day for dad is taking Rosita to sonic for breakfast. She is like his child. He used to have pictures of me all over his computer and phone. They have since been replaced with pictures of her
He spends a lot of time reading (especially when he can’t get out of bed). He reads suspense and crime novels and can read a book or 2 a night. He is trying to get more active (when he can), so he swims at the community pool and has started playing pickleball. He pretty much likes any colors (well, he won’t wear pink) and anything. He isn’t picky. He has no allergies but he is diabetic.
Mom is allergic to wool (it is fine if dad gets something with wool in it, she has to be close to notice it, like a blanket or a scarf). Her favorite color is blue. There isn’t any color she dislikes. She also loves Rosita, but her “baby” is her dog Maxie (a boy). She spends most of the time working. She just started sewing and tries to spend every minute she can find sewing. She is a natural at it. She never had a hobby before, so I think this is good from her.
-
Detroit Lions Vest
I would love a Lions vest for my dad. He wears a xxl. If you have an idea or something else Detroit Lions themed, that would be great too. It shouldn’t take too much fabric, as it doesn’t need arms.
-
Anything Detroit Lions themed
for my dad.
-
3x Shirts for Dad
Doesn’t matter if they are sewn, stenciled, painted or anything else. He likes shirts. Any type or style. I haven’t seen a shirt he doesn’t like. Shirts in his size are expensive and they don’t have much money so he usually gets his shirts from the bargain rack from walmart (when he can find them, which isn’t often). It is always the shirts no one else would wear and he loves them. He has an unusual sense of humor. His favorite was just a basic shirt that said “I am Hip Hop” he found for $3. He loved that shirt. If you want themes, some would be: Detroit lions, the zia symbol, Bob Marley, his dog, humorous sayings. Don’t feel you need to go by those themes. He would love anything! Those are just what I could think of. Don’t let them limit you.
-
Slippers
For my dad. He wears a 9 ½ in US men’s. Any style. He could really use them. He can’t feel his feet so sometimes he steps on things around the house (like goat heads) without realizing it. Even a thin barrier would make a big difference.
-
Stickers With “Bob V.” on them
For my dad. He puts them on his diabetic tracking sheets. I think it is his way to make a negative thing a bit more fun. And it makes the nurses smile. They should have some sort of picture (sponge bob?) and “Bob V”. They could be done by hand. Or this would be good for someone with some computer skills and Avery type labels.
-
Stenciled/etched wine glasses
They get their wine glasses from the dollar store. They work fine but are a bit plain. So maybe some can make glasses with a design on them?
-
Stenciled/etched beer glasses
-
Homemade Soap
Dad loves homemade soap. He first got hooked when they got a bar of lavender goat milk soap. Since then he has tried many different types of soap (like olive oil ones) and has likes them all. I have got him a bunch of goat milk soap, so I am looking for other types. Olive oil was his favorite, but that could just be because his hasn't tried anything other than olive oil and goat milk
-
Flip Flops
for mom. Womens 7
1/2
. Here is one
idea
.
-
Animal Stuff
They foster dogs and cats for their local shelter, so they can always use any animal toys/clothing/items. They have 2 dogs and 1 cat of their own.
-
49ers bag or purse
for mom
-
Spongebob
A stuffie would be great. I have seen crochet patterns. But any method would be great too. Perhaps a knitted or sewn one? Or perhaps a sponge bob magnet?
-
Southwest or Indian Art
Any type or size. Sewn, painted, sand, yarnie, clay, really any type
-
Stocking stuffers
Last year I didn't have much money, so I make a stocking for my mom and filled it with little things (like the little sewing accessories you can get for $1, washcloths, etc). She was almost in tears. She loved it. So I want to get some suffers to put in stockings. I am going to make my parents both one this year (or make dad one and have a bunch of little gifts for her to open).
-
Anything you think they would like
I didn’t ramble on about their life for no reason.
If you got any ideas while reading their “bio,” (ie, something for animals or a bookmark for dad’s reading), go with it. My imagination limits me greatly. Don’t let my poor imagination limit you too :p If you have ideas, please, use them. There is also more ideas in the board I linked
above
.
For Mags
(a family friend I have known my whole life)
-
Nightmare Before Christmas wallet/holder
Based on
this,
but it would be better if it was to hold memory cards or money (or anything else you can think of) instead of tea. Actually, anything Nightmare Before Christmas related would be wonderful. It just can’t be too large. Her son, his wife and their daughter are moving in with them, so they have gotten rid of a lot of knick knacks.
-
Plants vs Zombies Plush toy(s)

-
Plants vs Zombies Amigurumi(s)
like this
or

-
Plants vs Zombies bracelet
-
Nightmare Before Chistmas in Polymer Clay
I know it is a long shot but
this
is amazing.
For My “Boy”friend
Blue is his favorite color, he likes most colors (he is very artistic), no allergies. Old enough to have 4 kids in their 30s
.
-
Robe
He needs a long, warm robe for the winter. Something that will go to
atleast
his mid-calf
-
Prince Valiant 2013 Calendar
-
Homemade Baked Goods
Pies (he would love an apple one with a lattice top, any size, even a super tiny one), bread, cookies…. He loves baked goods and they are hard to find here. Feel free to claim him for this, I can give it to him early.
-
Hogwarts Double Knitted wall hanging
This
pattern but in worsted weight instead of fingering weight to make it a small wall hanging. The gryphon one. He actually isn't a harry potter fan, he just likes it for his castle themed area.
For me
-
Reusuable Snack bags
with wipe-able inside
For gift giving
-
Gift Bags
any kind
-
Molds
Any molds in cute shapes (ice, candy, resin, any!), for making crayons
-

I claim craftaddiction for 5 tiny gifts!
Hi! I'm Kaz and I live with my two bunnies in a teensy tiny condo in Maryland, USA. I'm a teacher in a middle school, and I love it. I love most any color (see my profile for the colors of my house), though I'm not really a fan of paisley, neons, baby pastels, or animal print. I love polka dots, stripes, fun patterns, bright colors, and "comfy" things. I love puns, good grammar, penguins, rabbits, doors and windows, autumn and reading. I have no allergies. I'm single, an only child, and my dad passed away five years ago this coming November, so it's me and my mom - which is why my list for potential things for my mom is so long. She's my best friend, really, and since I'm an adult now, I can spoil her as she deserves!
I'm trying to keep store-bought gifts to a minimum again this year, so thanks for helping me out! I tell myself that it makes Christmas cost less ... and so long as I don't go near a Joann's, it probably does.
For Mom
My mom is a fabulous woman, who is a preschool teacher and adores her dog. (Seriously, the dog gets her own suitcase when we go on trips.) She likes lighthouses and collects Santas. Things to help her organize would be LOVE (mostly by me!) and she has a dream of opening her own baking business. She is the best baker I know. She loves the blue/yellow combination (think Vera Bradley-esque prints). Her dog is named Prairie and is something like a Schipperke mix. (She has no allergies, but she does dislike birds, so please nothing with birds.)
-lighthouse artwork/inchies/ATCs - I'm going to make a collage type thing and frame it for Christmas!
-earring/necklace set (she loves garnets and turquoise, not necessarily together, though! She can do more delicate jewelry and doesn't like chunky stuff really.)
-a learn to make jewelry craft kit
-a dog bed for Prairie (she's a medium sized/30 pound dog - I can provide a pic if necessary)
-a leash or collar for Prairie
-mugrug in blue/yellow or purple/green
-notebook like
THIS
for mom (she actually pointed out that she liked it!)
-rice heat/cool pack
-
knit/crocheted dishcloths - she prefers ones that are square and are probably 6x6.
(Thanks, Miss B!)
-
swiffer sweeper
and swiffer duster reusable crocheted/sewn covers
(Thanks, craftaddiction!)
-notecards w/ envelopes
-pot holders in blue/yellow (the square kind or the hand-shaped kind)
-my mom collects Santas so something Santa-y
-homemade hand lotions in subtle scents
-car organizer in blue/yellow
For The Relatives
I'm looking for some things for my mom's relatives, too - mostly my grandparents, uncle and his wife. My grandmother loves maroon and Manhattans (the drink), hates birds, the color green and water. My grandfather has a gigantic sweet tooth and likes martinis. My uncle and his wife are very awesome people, and I couldn't tell you what their favorite colors are. Best go for a generic 'manly' print for my uncle and something fun and classic for my uncle's wife. They all love the Boston Red Sox, patriotic items, and no allergies for any of them.
-mug rugs for uncle (he likes firetrucks, dark green/manly colors, and America), uncle's wife (something bright, but classic?) or grandparents (red/white/blue, patriotic, New England, Red Sox)
-tile coasters -
beach theme
or patriotic
(Thanks, craftaddiction!)
For The Kids
I've also got several small children to make gifts for this year -
a 4 year old niece
(done!),
a 5 year old boy,
(done!) a 2.5 year old boy, a 2 year old boy, an almost 2 year old girl, a 6 month old, and a 4 month old. They have no allergies of which I'm aware.
These are all just ideas! If you have something you think they'd love, just let me know. I'm very open to other ideas.
-
hooded towels (for a 4 year old girl who loves purple, ducks, and sheep and/or a 5 year old boy who is very much a little boy and loves firemen/policemen/cars) (Examples:
example 1
,
example 2
)
(Thanks, TroubleT!)
-
car "garage" for the 5 year old boy for his Matchbox cars (
like this
or
this
- no need to get so detailed with the paint or anything on the first one, though)
(Thanks, TroubleT!)
-decorated t-shirts for two year old boy, two and a half year old boy, or one and half year old girl
-decorated onesies in gender-neutral colors/prints for 4 month old
-something appropriate for a baby girl who will be about 6 months old at Christmas
thank you, craftaddiction!
-I-spy bags for the 2 and a half year old boy or 2 year old girl
-crayons in fun shapes for the older kids
thank you, craftaddiction!
For Co-Workers, Friends, Etc.
-mug rugs
-mug cozies
-_____ in a Mug (like
this
or
this
-ornament coasters like
these
for my friend, L, who adores Christmas and all Christmas decorations
-gnome artwork/stuffy/ornaments/anything (child-friendly and safe, please!)
-gnome ornaments -
http://blog.revoluzzza.com/2010/12/23/last-minute-weihnachtswichtelchen/
for my friend, L
For Me to Use for Others
-Christmas cards w/ envelopes
-Christmas and birthday tags
-reusable cloth gift bags
For Me
-cover for my ironing board; it's a small tabletop one and the cream it came with shows the use of the 'cotton' setting ... anything pretty and cheerful would be loved!
-Pinterest surprise
-Christmas ornaments of some kind
-nativity
-hoopla
-hand-carved stamps
-apron - any kind. I'm plus-sized so something I can tie around me would be fun!
-smallish (6x6) knit or crochet dishcloths in any color

I claim Kaz for some gnome ornaments for her pal and a pinterest surprise for her
3rd claim none sent or received
KIDDIES
Kid themed pillows (I could stuff them) or pillow cases-
two boys (they are cousins, my nieces kiddies so my great nephews)
thanks texscrapper!
and two girls (they are sisters, not mine but my pals kids) are on my list. All under 5 years old
thanks texscrapper!
Apron for 3 year old girl
Pretend food-felt or cloth, however you make them lol
Reusable plastic cups with the kids names (Eli, Violet, Caleb, Sophie)
Wall art (any type) for pal’s daughter- she is 7 and her name is Alivia. She would love something with her name.
PALS
Ornaments with initials for my girlfriends- J (2 of them) and A
8-10 small/mini ornaments for my girl gang (my term lol)-our women’s group is called The Pink Ladies (the group organizer loves the movie Grease hence the name) so if anyone is up for making something with that name & 2012 it would be great!! There are a lot of other members but these would be for the ones I am closest too.
Car reusable garbage bags (waterproof if possible) for men or women. No set number as everyone could use one of these.
Trivets for hot dishes
Scented sachets for drawers or closets
Recipe organizer (book, box, whatever!) for one of my best pals. She loves purple, flowers, decorative prints
Needle book and/or pin cushion for same pal as recipe organizer
thanks TroubleT!
Something (makeup bag/wall art/journal, hoop etc., pick anything) with a pal’s name and meaning on it. Her name is unusual so I think she would really like that. Her name means one word (hello) so it is not something long and elaborate. She loves nature and is into her heritage which is Native American. Bonus points of you can guess the name before I tell you!
FAMILY
Spice rubs or sauces for Dad, brother and boyfriend-the grill masters!
Can and/or bottle cozies for the BF
Etched or painted mug/glass for brother (Tom) and
BF (Sam)
thanks troubleT!
Small magnet or pin boards for sisters (both adults)-possible themes- patriotic or nature for one, cats or nature for the other. Or just plain colored, blue or purple
Boy themed frames for my nieces- they both have boys (Caleb & Eli)
Bathroom kit bags for the guys- Something to put their items (razor, toothbrush, etc.) in when traveling.
Mom (step)-patriotic themed organizer/bag for her car. (one of those reusable garbage bags that hang from seat or velcro on)
Dad-he would like a patriotic themed bag or organizer for his car. He is a vet and he and stepmom assist with raising money and help for the vets in their area.
FOR ME
A cover for my nook
Coffee themed clip, magnetic, push pin or dry erase board for kitchen
Pinterest pick
http://pinterest.com/sweetyetevil/
A scrap/waste basket for table when I am sewing or cutting things. I make a mess!
some of those soap holders-I could make them myself but heck I am making the soap for them lol
There are all sorts of things on my pinterest. Nothing has to be identical so check it out. If you have any questions please let me know.

Hello, I am Kitty I am 24 and I live Chester, in England, with my b/f and our very spoilt little Jack Russell Terrier Ralph.
This is my wish list so far...
For my mum (loves horses, no allergies):
Linen place mats and/or linen napkins and/or napkin rings like these
http://www.etsy.com/listing/92445559/linen-napkins-rings-set-of-4-spring
In creams, beige, light brown, gold and/or light metallic blue (to match her curtains). She loves horses, so a horse motif would be cool but not essential. Must be machine washable.
A re-useable bin (garbage bag) for the car.
Wine glass charms (6 please). Something like these (horse themed would be good, but not essential):
http://www.etsy.com/listing/98806704/wine-glass-charms?ref=sr_gallery_34&ga_search_query=wine+glass+charm&ga_order=most_relevant&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_ship_to=ZZ&ga_page=2&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_facet=handmadewine+glass+charm
For my dad (likes practical items, practical colours (yawn), no allergies):
A re-useable bin (garbage bag) to go in his car
A kneeler pad to use outside (so water resistant fabric) like this:
http://www.garden-gear.co.uk/accessories/knee-pads-cushions/laura-ashley-garden-kneeling-cushion.htm
(but in more manly colours!). I can stuff it if you make it :-)
For friends (no allergies):
Scented candles, preferably white/cream or natural tones, not bright colours. Ones in glass jars or church candles or t-lights.
Silk scarves like these, any colours:
http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=385946.0
Bag charms, one with owls, birds, horses, cute buttons or anything else, but grown-up, not too plastic-y. Something like this:
http://www.etsy.com/listing/103375300/bird-cage-pendant-bag-charms-zipper-pull?ref=sr_gallery_32&ga_search_query=bag+charms&ga_view_type=gallery&ga_ship_to=ZZ&ga_min=0&ga_max=0&ga_page=3&ga_search_type=handmade&ga_facet=handmadebag+charms
For my Nan (likes cats and roses, no allergies):
A crochet or embroidered bookmark. She loves flowers, especially roses, but nothing too modern.
For me (no allergies):
Tree of life pendant (silver not gold) any colour beads. I like this one on my pinterest:
http://pinterest.com/pin/53339576807296461/
Linen place mats, napkins and/or napkin rings. Our dining room is cream, light brown and a mustard yellow/green colour. I like these but a suprise would be nice too:
http://pinterest.com/pin/53339576807296465/
and these
http://www.notonthehighstreet.com/luciepritchard/product/stamp_placemat_silk_screen_printed_linen
Two pillow cases, one with "sweet" and one with "dreams" - embroidered, appliqued, stitched on with ribbon, printed - however. White pillow cases with blue writing please.
A heart in a square frame, any size, made anyway you like, I am trying to build up a collection like this:
http://pinterest.com/pin/53339576807296475/
The "ooh la la" pillow case from my pinterest:
http://pinterest.com/pin/53339576807296483/
Fabric flowers, any type or colour, something like these
http://pinterest.com/pin/533395768072992

Other bits and bobs:
Christmas cards
Gift tags
Gift boxes
Gift wrap
That's it for now

I claim TroubleT for Snowmen stuffies
3/1/0
-
Surprise Snowball(s)

Anything!
-
Plants vs Zombies Plush toy(s)
like this
-
Plants vs Zombies Amigurumi(s)
like this
or
like this
-
Plants vs Zombies bracelet
-
Nightmare Before Chistmas in Polymer Clay
I know it is a long shot but
this
is amazing.
For My “Boy”friend
Blue is his favorite color, he likes most colors (he is very artistic), no allergies. Old enough to have 4 kids in their 30s
.
-
Robe
He needs a long, warm robe for the winter. Something that will go to
atleast
his mid-calf
-
Prince Valiant 2013 Calendar
-
Homemade Baked Goods
Pies (he would love an apple one with a lattice top, any size, even a super tiny one), bread, cookies…. He loves baked goods and they are hard to find here. Feel free to claim him for this, I can give it to him early.
-
Hogwarts Double Knitted wall hanging
This
pattern but in worsted weight instead of fingering weight to make it a small wall hanging. The gryphon one. He actually isn't a harry potter fan, he just likes it for his castle themed area.
For me
-
Reusuable Snack bags
with wipe-able inside
For gift giving
-
Gift Bags
any kind
-
Molds
Any molds in cute shapes (ice, candy, resin, any!), for making crayons
-

-
Key Chain(s)
She collects key chains

Hi, my name is Katherine and I live in Montana, USA. I claim craftaddiction for a stuffed animal sleeping bag.
This is my second claim, first one not sent yet
Been claimed 1 time
General stuff:
I am allergic to cats and both my husband and I are allergic to smoke. Both of these allergies are pretty bad, but I have had good luck with other Craftsters using their common sense.
I have two wists and an etsy favorites. If you see something on either wists that I don’t have listed here, please ask me before making it. I need to clean out some things I have gotten. The exception is jewelry. If you want to know more about me, you can visit my blog. I also have an info site for swap partners in my Craftster signature.

Enough of this, here is the list!
For my kiddo
Bio: She is 2.5 (3 in December) and loves reading, cooking, playing outside and dogs. She is very lively and loud. We try not to give her anything with licenced characters on them and she doesn't watch any cartoons at home except Curious George. She looks good in any color, but especailly citrus colors.
Wool felt food
Sewing
My kiddo loves pretending to cook, so she would love some new felt foods. She already has cookies and pancakes, and I would rather she gets real healthy foods, not junk (those are the foods she knows). She loves mushrooms, bell peppers and pasta, but any sort of fruits and veggies would go over well.
Capelet
Crochet or knit
https://www.youcanmakethis.com/products/crochet-clothing/child-capelet-crochet.htm
We have a wedding to go to at the end of summer, and it may be hot or it may be cold. I want my kiddo to be prepared. This capelet or one very similar would be great. I prefer the button closure to a tie because ties never go over well with her. No wool or acrylic yarn, and no lavender or pink please. I would also like it to be one color all over, either a neutral or muted color. I will be making her a dress to go with it, and I will pick fabric to complement it. She will be almost 3 at the wedding, but she already wears some 3T and even 4T clothes (she is not overweight, just tall). If you want, I can measure her shoulders and neck to help with sizing.
Wee Wonderfuls P.J.s
Sewing
http://sewing.craftgossip.com/free-pattern-pajamas-for-wee-wonderfuls-dolls/2011/11/15/
I am making my daughter a Wee Wonderful for Christmas or her birthday (just before Christmas). I will probably only have time to make one outfit, so having jammies would be nice.
Stocking stuffers
General crafts
I always give her a stocking filled with little goodies. If anything comes to your mind that is your specialty, I would love to give it to her.
For my husband
Bio: He is 28 and a hard worker. He is a foreman on an oil crew, so he travels for work and is gone quite a bit. When he is home, he works on the lawn, plays video games, hunts, fishes and plays golf. He also loves to cook.
Shoulder heat wrap
Sewing
http://www.etsy.com/listing/67321394/new-herbal-shoulder-heat-wrap-perfect
He gets really stiff shoulders from work. One of these to ease that would be fab.
Stocking stuffers
General crafts
Just like with my daughter, I always fill a stocking but I have a hard time rounding his out.
For other people
Some appetizer plates for my brother and sister in law
General crafting
They love black, red and white. I am trying to help them build a collection of good kitchen supplies, and some smaller dishes for serving would be great. An abstract or geometric design would be perfect. The most important thing is that they are hard-wearing, because they will get used.
Muslin produce bags for my brother and sister in law
Sewing
Just plain, unbleached muslin drawstring bags in assorted sizes. They do all their shopping at farmer’s markets, so reuseable bags for all their fruits and veggies would be nice. I have seen some with stenciled pictures of the produce. That would be a fun added touch, not a nessecity.
Fabric gift bags or furoshiki
Sewing
My family is trying to start using bags more and paper less for gifts. Any size gift bag or wrap made from Christmas themed cloth would be very, very loved. My big request is they are nicely made because we want to use them for years to come.
For my house
Ceramic or wooden prep bowls
Clay or woodworking
We cook at home almost all the time, and we would love to have some more prep bowls. We have a few tiny ones perfect for spices, but a few larger ones (palm-sized) for other larger ingredients would be great.
Picture frames
General crafting
I have a moderately sized collection of art that really needs frames. If you make frames your self, that would be awesome, but I would also love revamped ones. I am looking for simple ones of good quality wood (I want to use them for a loooong time). I don’t care what color wood, if they are painted or stained, whatever. As long as they are simple. If you pick this, I can email you the list of all the different sizes I am looking for so you can make whatever you want.
Solar lamp
General craft
http://dornob.com/diy-solar-lamp-make-your-own-eco-friendly-sun-jars/
These are so cool, but I know I will never make them! I want to have a nice, inviting patio area, but light is an issue. These would be perfect, especially if they had a hanger.
For me
Lampworked beads
Lampworking
I am obsessed with the one covered in little dots and would love to have more in my collection. Any colors will do, but I prefer the smaller size. If I got blues/greens/purples I would use them to make myself something. If I got red/gray/black I would make something for my sister-in-law.
Needle felted sculpture of my dog
Needle felting
I love, love, LOVE my dog and I would love to have a furry version of her I can keep forever. She is a smallish mutt with coloring similar to a Rottweiler.
Any jewelry off my wists or etsy faves
General craft
I can never have too many necklaces or bracelets. And I would love to have many more tiny, stackable bracelets. I LOVE to layer my jewelry. I do prefer silver over gold, but I don’t mind gold as a detail color. For necklaces, 16-18” is a good length or ultra long. For bracelets, my wrist is 7”.
THANKS SWEETYETEVIL!
Yarn bowl
Clay

I could really use one of these…a large one.

Hi! I’m Melanie from Ontario, Canada. I’m a 35 year old stay-at-home-mom to 5, 4 boys and 1 baby girl. No allergies at our house really. We have a huge family day on Christmas with aunts and uncles, grandmas and grandpas and kids, and we do this for both sides. Long fun days. I’m sure my list will get longer as we get closer to the holidays, but for now this is what I can think of.
I have a family gifts board on my pinterest thats full of ideas and each of my kids also have their own boards, anything from there would be awesome.
http://pinterest.com/mama24boyz/
Mom – OK, my Mom is hard!! Maybe not, but she is for me. She has a unique style I think. She loves her hot tub and being outside. She likes wine. She has little iguanas hanging around (ceramic, not real) and she likes bold colours.
- I would LOVE if someone could knit her these socks
http://de.dawanda.com/product/2737802-Eidechsensocke
- My Moms a machine shop teacher in high school. I think she would LOVE some sort of steampunk ornament.
- A Kobo cover. My mom loves the colour green, not bright green though
**NEW
- My Mom would LOVE this windchime made of old wine bottles. Could be any colour.
http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199510547042/
**NEW
- These mason jars would be perfect for her deck at night!
http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199510408563/
Dad – My Dad is another one who is pretty difficult. Hes originally from Manchester England and loves Manchester soccer team. I really don’t have any ideas for him.
- Manchester United coasters
Max - Brother – Max and Nat just bought a new house! YAY!!!
Natalie – SIL – Nat loves dancing and baking. She has her own dance studio where she teaches kids. She loves turtles.
- Ballerina loaded charm bracelet
- Oven mitts/potholders in cute fabric
- A business card holder
**NEW
- She does yoga, these socks or some similar would be perfect!
http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199510559563/
**NEW
- I think Nat would like these too, I like that they look like long legwarmers but they really only peek out the top of your boot so they don't have to be as long as these ones and go all the way to your ankle...
http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199510559566/
Haley – SIL #2
- Something pin up girl, art work, hoopla, anything
- Something Hello Kitty
Quenton – Quenton is 15. He likes playing xbox and loves his blackberry.
- I’d love to get him these pillows for his room,
http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199510472773/
but I would want them to spell ‘SWAG’, cuz he thinks hes got some, haha
Liam – Liam is my little mathematician. He also loves to read. He loves Mario and Zelda games.
- A personalized notebook
Aidan – Aidans favourite subject is reading and writing. He also loves to draw. Hes a little gamer too but loves Luigi, Sonic and Link the most.
- A personalized notebook
Ethan – Ethan is my little trouble maker. Lately he loves firemen and policemen, so ANYTHING inspired by that would be great! He also loves Spongebob, Mickey and Handy Manny, Buzz Lightyear.
- I spy bag
- Fireman/policeman ANYTHING (plush, bag, art to hang in his room, toy…….)
- I think I would like to make up a felt toy set, maybe have it in a nice box for him. Filled with felt masks, kinda like a dress up box I guess, but mostly masks. Animals, glasses, mustaches, superheroes…….
Daysie-Lynn – Well, shes the first girl, so needless to say, after 4 boys, shes very girly, haha. I seem to love the colour combos with browns for her (pink/brown, lt blue/brown…..)
- hooded towel
- a cute outfit
Kid Gifts – My MIL has foster kids and we all consider them family!! I’d love to get them some little things. I have no idea really what. Theres 2 girls (16, 14)and 1 boy (17)
Any stocking stuffers for my kiddies would be much appreciated too. Anything you would think my kids would like!!
**NEW

http://pinterest.com/pin/5559199509721210/

Cute Gift tags for presents
OK something for me?? Bella mitts, I don't like Twilight, but I love the mitts!
A good sized advent calender for the kids for Christmas
A Christmas tree skirt, doesn't have to be totally Christmasy, but it can be, but I also like just a blue/silver or purple/silver, or something cute and Christmasy
thank you!!!!
