Blue Floral reverse tie-dye dress

I made a floral-esque strapless mini dress for the summer.


I went to the dollar store and picked up a basic blue muscle shirt kinda like this one

I didn't take any before pictures, but mine was like a sky blue and had this shape. it was an XL, and this whole project cost me $2.




I wore it to school with a large black ribbon as a belt, but it kept riding up, I changed it to a pink belt later on in the day.  I don't think I can wear it just as a dress, so I wear shorts under it.  I may put elastic in the top band, I used the ribbing from the neck line as the top of the dress, it's tight-ish, but it's slowly losing it's elasticity, so this dress may need a few further modifications.

What do you think? This is the second bleach dye that's i've done. I like how it turned out.
