Antidigger, do you use a tutorial for the crackers? I've always thought it would be fun to give those a try. Smiley

Err, no, I've made them myself for (eep! just worked it out) 25 years. I guess I could make one though. The kits have become very popular recently which is soooo much easier than making from scratch.

Yay! I just said to myself yesterday, "self!  it's nearly August and you don't have your list in writing yet!" so I've been thinking all day today on my mental list and when I got home I got right on Craftster and found this thread and I feel relieved now.   Here's the START to my always-too-big-christmasing-list:

Coworkers: Mug Rugs OR cute little pouches with infamous
Code:
Grinch Pills http://scrapcationgetaway.blogspot.com/2010/10/grinch-pills-free-scut-file.html

Tori: Mug rug, mug cozy &... maybe something 50 Shades related. That book kind of kicked off our friendship, lol.

BF Tim: Yearly T-shirt.  Must find awesome stencil idea. Annnnnd...

Niecees & nephies:
Greyson 2 -
Kendall 12 -
Alyssa 1 -
Kaitlin 5 - Sand Bowl for her seashell collection http://pinterest.com/pin/156992736981249243/

MIL: Quilt made from her Dad's shirts & pillow made from Mom's shirt (both passed in last couple years)

FIL: HARDEST PERSON EVER TO CRAFT FOR!!!!  sigh

The Man: Hardest person to SNEAK craft for.  A blanket if it I can find alone time...

Sister: Thrifted kitchenwares and a friendship bracelet

Sister's guy: Don't know him that well yet, need to break out my Spy Gear...

Mom: Scrapbook-CookBook (already half done)

Daddy: Garden Markers http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=383984.0 & possibly a barn quilt for the shed or chicken coup

Jimmy (BIL):

Brandy (BIL's girl):

Neighbors:
   Brandy(the mom):  no clue yet
Tommy (the dad):  something grill or garden related, or just a bottle of alcohol
Curt (14 yo):     Something Xbox related
Makayla (10 yo):  sweetest little girl, gotta think hard on this one...
Dakota: (12 yo):  He's the biggest TALKER, but I don't really know yet what he's into somehow...

As you can see I still have lots of thinking to do.  And even more crafting!!!!  Good thing I have a less stressful job with normal amount of hours these days  Grin  phew!

For those of u with young girls, teen girls, young adult women....even baby girls .. I found some super easy tshirt headbands. Make them a set of varying colors or whatever. Can just recycle old shirts u have or thifted from goodwill. Knock a bunch of people off your lists in a few hours!

I am helping my cousin make some for her niece who is 14 or 15? Unfortunately, I am the only headband wearer in my family/group of friends so I can't go that route.

here are the tutorials:
