Mandy, that sweater looks... amazing. I can't wait to see it finished.

Always, your scarf is so pretty! Love all the colors.

This weeks WIP - I have lots of half balls of rowan handknit cotton (I went on a baby washcloth making binge!), so my aim for today is to make some stripy washcloths for me (and maybe, if I'm happy with the result, dare I say it, Christmas knits!!!  Grin) .  Here are the yarns ready...

Your scarf looks nice!  I like the colors. Smiley

I'm working on a hat and a tank top.  I was going to get some pictures last night but the SD card in my camera appears to be damaged. Sad  I guess no pictures till I get a new one.

Also...I just wanted to remind you guys of the current knitting challenge

You can post your entries starting this saturday. Smiley  I hope some of you have something to enter.

trekky--what pretty yarns!  I am going yarn shopping today so maybe I will pick up a few balls of cotton...never can have enough dishcloths!

sarahj2001--is there a new WIP each Wednesday or do you just change the date?  I don't want to post my WIP for today if this is the wrong spot!

Also, I might just save the WIP to post in the challenge!  It is a seed stitch scarf that is taking forever!  I probably could get it done by the 25th!

I also have a sweater that I want to get done...hmmm

Usually I make a new WIP Wednesday post (when I remember) but everybody is just posting here it seems this week. Smiley  I'll just change the date into a range...

Hey--what are people working on? Cheesy

I started a knitted cowl using a free pattern from Michael's...

I also have another drops scarf using some stash sock yarn...

Of course, my darn seed stitch scarf that never seems to get longer...

My nephew wants a Harry Potter scarf but has not told me yet which is his favorite...might need to buy yarn for that...

and, my dear friend batgirl sent me a book of 50 hats so I have selected my first "victim"--a young man in our building who is from Ghana...he will need a hat to survive our cold winters...

phew---and it is not even yarn season yet! Cheesy

I'm back to knitting on my cabled blanket while I wait for the yarn to come for my next couple sweaters (full of cabling goodness!).

You have inspired me to try my hand at cables!  I have to get the little cable holders first this weekend!

I will post my WIPS this weekend as well--it is motivating to have people prod me on!
