So, I recently discovered my love for zentangles in the realm of ATCs. And I would do a couple of them every now and then...

But recently I was hospitalized after emergency surgery... and as anyone who's ever spent time in a hospital or convalescing, you know that you need something you can do with yourself, because you can only watch so much tv, or read so many books, before you start to go a little crazy.

And while I love to do things like crochet and knit as well, due to the nature of my situation, I'm not able to focus on any one thing (like a pattern) for very long without losing my spot and therefore getting very frustrated.

So in the past 2 weeks I have finished, a whole bunch of new zentangle atcs. There are others in the works, they're just not complete.

Many of these will likely be given away in the next few days to different people who have been supporting my family in our difficult time, but for now I'm going to share them with you here.

C&C are totally welcome, and in fact - solicited!

Thanks,
Tea.

very cool, and I totally get how therapeutic this would be.  I've only done a couple myself so far, want to do more, and inspired by yours.

My favourite is the Tea card, love the mix of zentangle, a big of a picture shape, and words.

Keep it up! And hope you're well

Thanks everyone. Yes, they're totally therapeutic. And I need something simple to try and focus on, so this is def. helping. I think the best thing about zentangling is that you can really do your own thing, and it almost always works out. And the more you look at them, the more cool things you see.

They are all so mesmerizing! I especially like your Apple Pie Crust Basket Weave pattern (at least that's what I would call it Wink )
I hope you are well soon.
