Landon received his package from Jakob and LOVES everything.  He asked this morning if we were all done swapping and was sad when I said yes Sad
Please ignore Landon's I was swimming all day red/puffy eyes in the photos.

He got lots of Star Wars goodies!  A paper Yoda, finger puppets, and a clay Yoda

He also got a felt Yoda and felt Gary.  I so want to steal Gary for myself!

He got an awesome homemade I Spy book, a create your own Lego Mini Fig book, and a magnetic face.  He wants to play with the I Spy book but I am making him wait until we are traveling

His favorite thing which he can't stop looking at is this awesome Lego Man art

Finally here are a few extras

Adia also received part of her package from Zoe, they sent this bit first so we could take it on vacation with us
There are a bunch of puzzle books, coloring and activity sheets, and window markers.  The window markers were already used and I have a lovely rainbow and pony now on my sliding glass door!

(sorry for the sideways pic, I tried to edit it..)

Thanks so much you guys!  Adia can't wait to see what Zoe has crafted for her and we will for sure be participating in the next round!

I'm so glad Landon liked everything. Jakob loved making everything for him and he loved seeing the pictures of Landon receiving the goodies. The Gary is from a Spongebob sewing kit I found at Michael's awhile back. Last year, Jakob made the SpongeBob which has been hanging out with the Christmas stuff. The felt was pre-cut and embellished, and we only needed to stick the adhesive pieces of felt together and sew it. It was a great little kit.

I'm so glad he liked the Lego artwork. We got the idea from this post, Junk in the Flamingo Trunk . We also sent the lego stencil we used in case Landon would like to make on too.

I forgot to mention this. My husband made the origami yoda after reading the boys The Strange Case of Origami Yoda and Darth Paper Strikes Back. They are great little books about bullying and dealing with social situations in school. And, there are origami tutorials.

I have seen those books and will have to check them out now!  We had a great time with this swap.

Oh and I am looking at those photos and am so embarrassed by poor Landon's swimmers eyes!  I promise he doesn't look like that normally Smiley

I would love to do a personal swap!  I can sew, knit, and crochet.  I have a 9 year old who loves to do swaps as well so we can do a mommy/daughter swap package. Smiley

Bailey received his package from Alexander! He really loves everything. I think his favorite was the pink penguin because he ran off with it before realizing there was more.

Here is a group shot that includes the pink penguin, a painted black angry bird frame (his favorite of the angry birds), a Styrofoam Kirby with a home to decorate, beaded bracelet and keyrings, and a couple of extra goodies of a paper car and airplane kit.

Here is a close up of the extras and the Alex's beadwork. He was extremely creative with his designs, some of the beads make a little later and he's combined animal beads with the other beads:

We took quite a few pictures to get everything. Here is a picture of Bailey dancing the penguin in front of the camera.

Here is a close up of the frame which is super cool! This was a really clever way to create the black angry bird and we knew instantly what it was.

Here is a picture of Kirby in his house. This was a very clever idea! I think this one was my favorite. I'd love a tutorial as I've never worked with this medium before. I love the note about decorating the house because that is Bailey's favorite thing to do in Kirby Epic Yarn and he loves setting up little houses for his toys.

Thank you Alex!
