WideEyedLife~ Those are all great!  Very nice Smiley

Here are my envelopes, finally!  They're pretty plain, but I like them  Wink

The colours will match the trim of the photo cards and the papers I use & the small image will be random for the cards & will match for the papers.  And I'm done until we choose!!  Cheesy  Decisions, decisions...

Great stuff, WideEyedLife! And, Koreena, I love the way you coordinated the envelopes!

It's going to be tough making a decision when it comes time to making my claim list!

So is this a round robin style or will we swap stationary sets with pairs, and each get 3 partners?

What if the people I want stationary from, don't want what I offer?

Also What if more than 3 people love someone's offerings. How will you narrow it to just 3?

You don't have to answer, just curious about swap mechanics.

I'm excited to get my partner and ship out. I have stationary all printed (2 sets), and some cards made. Its on the computer so I can make more really fast.

Starting on Sunday (because everyone is supposed to have pictures of their items posted by Saturday), you'll send me a list of "claims," which is a list, in order of preference of what stationery/notecards you'd love to have and who you'd love to have it from.

For example (and this is random and off the top of my head and has no bearing on what my official claim list will be Smiley :

1. Notecards from gala_apples
2. Stationery from Koreena
3. Notecards or stationery from WideEyedLife
4. Stationery from Thimbles71
5. Stationery from Eiseldora

Then, I'll get to work on matching you up with 3 of the folks on your list. Hopefully, it all works out nicely and I can give everyone their top pick. It may work out that you end up a match that isn't on your list, but I will try to avoid that if I can.

You may not receive stationery/note cards from someone that you'll be sending to, because it's based on what you'd like. So, it's not really like a round-robin because it'll be fairly well shuffled, I think.

And, just to let you know, if you put that you'd like to receive note cards in your questionnaire, but are drooling over the stationery someone made (and vice-versa), don't sweat it. If you notice in my example above, I have a mix of items listed. I'll try my best to fulfill everyone's wishes!

Does that help?

Hi Koreena  Grin

Alrighty.  Here are my offerings:

This set I think I'd do with half with the car and half with the umbrella man using similar patterned paper. I only had 1 sheet of this particular paper so if more than one person requests this, I'd substitute similar and just as nice paper.  It's hard to tell from the photo but the image is embossed and the edges are distressed.  I'd like to add a saying or embellishment that the receiver could choose.

This set could be done in many colours.  Whatever anyone wishes.  The sayings for the stems can be changed too

The stationary to match

And for something completely different

The owl is watercoloured.  The words at the top say "Have a hoot of a day."  It's hard to tell, but the background is watermarked with stars and moons.

Love the card with the umbrella guy! How did you get the embossing done on that one and the one with the car? I love embossing!

And, I've updated the first post with photos from almost everyone (I still don't have the brain capacity right now to grab, save, upload and insert the non-Craftster photo hosting pics, but I'll do it on Saturday).

Very carefully Wink  I suggest using a test paper first.  You ink the raised part of your embossing folder and carefully place it on your paper.  Then tranfer that in between your plates.  The trick is to not let the paper slip.  Otherwise ink will go everywhere.  Took me a few tries to get the hang of it.
