I have been on a huge wrap kick lately. They are just so perfect - little salads wrapped up in a delicious whole wheat shell! I make them in the morning and let them sit in the fridge to set up a bit.

This first one is a Nut and Agave wrap with cream cheese spread on the wrap, lettuce, walnuts, goat cheese, alfalfa sprouts, sunflower seeds, and cranberries/raisins (whatever I have on hand!)

This next one is a pretty low calorie wrap that I make with laughing cow cheese, lettuce, plum tomatoes, mushrooms, alfalfa sprouts and a tablespoon of light Italian dressing.

Not quite as good as the first one but it's nice when I know I'm going out to eat for dinner and need to have a 'light' lunch!

Those sound really delicious, esp. the goat cheesiness in the first one.

I haven't made a wrap in quite a while, but not I think I just might.

It's bad enough wasting time, without killing it.

Those look so yummy!  I've never tried agave nectar...does it taste sweet? Does it have a bitter after taste?

Agave tastes just like honey to me - no bitter after taste! Although, it has been years since I've had real honey so I'm not sure how genuine my comparison is anymore!

Flatout wraps!! Aren't those amazing!? I love them (if only they weren't so expensive!). That first wrap looks especially yummy. I am a huge wrap eater myself so I love seeing new ideas.
