This dish is the one of Thai famous foods beside Papaya salad.
The taste are mixed with sour, salty, a bit sweet and spicy.
It is quite easy too make, let's see how Wink

Ingredients :

Salad
100 g. boiled ground pork
200 g. boiled seafood (shrimps, squids, fishes or whatever you like)
100 g. cooked glass noodles (soak glass noodle in the water until it get soft then put in the hot water until it is transparent)
1/2 sliced onion
4-5 cherry tomatoes (or other tomatoes as you like)
some fresh vegetables as you like

Salad dressing (mix everything in food processor)
2 tbs of lemon juice
2 tbs of Thai fish sauce
1 ts of fine sugar
2 tbs pork broth
1 clove of garlic
3 chillies (more or less as you dicide Cheesy but I prefer a bit more)

Then put the salad dressing in the bowl of salad ... stir it well and it's ready to serve Wink

ha ha I also love Italian food!  But only easy recipes...my husband does all of the cooking...

He makes a wicked Thai Chicken coconut soup with lots of cilantro, lemon grass, and hot chili sauce...I will have to take pics next time he makes it!
