I need to be able to post a picture for you to understand what I am making but it says I can't post a picture because I am new?  I have uploaded pictures on Craftster Photo Hosting but I don't know how to display them here?

Maybe:

I am about to cut out a huge foot costume and I am trying to figure out whether to make the seam on top or if there needs to be a strip go across the top of the toes.  Also the material is a flesh colored knit and needs some stabilization in order to not be clingy but stay in place to look like a foot - what should I use?

Thanks for any help!
Becky
