Screen printing problems

Hello to everyone

We're doing a little screen printing at school, but run into a few problems, we've exposed an image onto 2 screens with a few hours of daylight.

Both wont transfer the image, we do see it on the screen. While washing, one screen did take a while to drain water through, so I'm thinking its blocked? Even though it has only been used twice, but the other, while washing, the water was draining through the screen perfectly. We washed both thoroughly using the strip solution provided, then I resorted to a weak solution of bleach thinking that could work.

I have already searched through ten pages of suggestions through Google, cannot find anything.

Do you need to remove the photo emultion? For that you can buy emulsoin stripper - i've seen it on ebay.

Dont think bleach will help and it might damage the screen.

Maybe see if there are any screen printing workshops or business' in the area and approach them for help. Most that I know are family run affairs and are more than willing to help out
