Me and my boyfriends 1st anniversary is coming up next month. We have been talking about different things to do for it. We wanted to go to DC for a bit but money is way too tight and I am way too busy (work, school, family, animals, art Cheesy) We both love Harry Potter. Actually that was our first date, the last Harry Potter movie, and what we talked about quite a bit in the beginning (we even named our cat Sirius).

The idea was to cook some Harry Potter food and watch the movies. I have also planned on making some HP stuff for our 'party'. We went into Barnes and Noble yesterday and he saw one of the Hermione wand that he loved and I can do better than that plastic thing Smiley so I am going to make some wands.

I have found some things to do but I would like to see if anyone else had any ideas. They would be greatly appreciated! I would prefer the project not to take too long or require too much money seeing as how tight I am in both of those areas, but I would like to hear all ideas!

Thank you so much!!
Mrs Kay

How about some little HP-themed cupcakes, or coasters with HP images?

How about coasters made of polymer clay with his fave house on them? Or you could make a working wand (look at instructables for one with an led light!)
