white chocolate mouse pie

I usually make dark chocolate mouse pies, but i tried white chocolate this time. I topped it with fresh cut strawberries which i glazed in sugar water.

1 graham cracker crust
6oz white chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups mini marshmellows
1/2 cup milk
2 cups heavy whipping cream
In a heavy saucepan, heat white chocolate, marshmallows and milk over low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth, stirring constantly. Cool, chocoate may seperate be sure to stir. Fold in whipped cream; pour into crust. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Refrigerate leftovers.
