YESS. SCORE.  Found the item in my craft supply stash that I've been looking for since the swap started! Now I can make something that makes me giggle and I hope makes my partner giggle too!

I've had everything done for ages, but with planning a bachelorette party for my friend that will be taking place tomorrow night and work I somehow have managed not to pack everything and send.

What is wrong with me? Just take it to the dang post office already. lol  Cheesy

I've been out in the garden playing with spraypaint. Again. This time I managed not to get overspray on the side of the house though, which is good (still haven't figured out how to remove the spatters from last time... Roll Eyes). I was accompanied by momma turkey and her brood, who've been hanging out in our yard for the last few weeks since the babies were teeny fluffballs.
Once things have dried, and I've stopped feeling quite so much like I'm in danger of puking, I'm gonna bust out the glue. And glitter. Lots of glitter...

So at lunch time I realised I'd put my underwear on backwards this morning. Once my knickers were facing the right direction, the rest of my day improved drastically. I'm not saying there's a cause-and-effect relationship there, but there's definitely an association. I retouched a few little elements, and now things look so much more "finished". I need to find the right colour mud to dirty up one little part which is currently far too glaringly clean, and figure out a way of attaching something else, then I'm all done. I do need to find a suitable box and packing materials though, as parts are definitely breakable and that would make me sad for something to get smashed en route. It'll be in the mail Monday evening once I get out of work.

Nearly finished up. I messed up one one thing and I'm hoping I can fix it. Urgh! I "overindulged" in a product... Roll Eyes  Not a biggy deal but I'm a bit disappointed..if I just left it alone!! Grin Anyhoo, there is ONE more thing I want to try and I'll be packing up and sending here in the next few days. Maybe on the due date..hopefully before. It's mainly just the drying/curing time that I'm waiting for.  Grin Grin Grin Grin Grin Wink Wink Wink Wink

Sometimes the best thing you can do for your craft is to just sit on your own hands and LEAVE IT ALONE!!!!  I had to do that to keep from leaving finger prints all over the peacock coasters, because it was so tempting to poke to see if the resin was dry yet, or if I could pop that teeny little bubble, or move that one bit of feather, etc....
