I cant believe my last comment was on page 9 this gallery has exploded
Thimbles71 love those little landscapes particularly the lighthouse
Amymarie78 the apple is gorgeous and what paint do you use on Stitchs face? Mmmmm bacon and hedgehogs (not together of course)
Kimbles that is some amazing stitching on the Patronus and the grow and earth badges
Jillybean I love the colours and stitching on WoW badge and I WANT that Dr Horrible badge
Interrobam I love the design of the hummingbird and the leaves/fox combo
Lylyfai  - your story about your mom and your badge from hdggm brought a tear to my eye how amazing and what a wonderful badge

Phew - I need to not leave it so long between replying  Shocked

For stitch I used white fabric paint as the base... then colored over the top with copic markers... seems to work best for me... as I have more control with the markers than a paint brush!

Let me tell you all how lucky I am- I received TWO more badges from nostephot!

Both attest to our mutual love for Harry Potter.

The awesome Quidditch badge on the left looks so official I want to sew it onto my team robes immediately! (If only I had Quidditch team robes...) And the fantastic sorting hat on the left has a perfectly knowing wise, wrinkled face.  I love them both!

I REALLY lucked out this swap- thanks, nostephot! And a big thanks to our excellent organizers too!  Grin

Lylyfai, that story about your mom is very touching, I'm glad you could get something so special to remind you of her. That Lunar moth badge is very cute, and that folk art owl is insane! So many types of stitches and colors! Shocked The Quiddich badge is nice too.
