I was asked to make a wolf shirt by one of my friends, unfortunately he asked me to do this like 3 years ago and I lost the original shirt and then bought a new one and finally finished it in like 2 hours.  I made a template out of cardboard for the wolf and used a very large embroidery hoop to make the moon on the front. I did 2 different passes with the bleach spray for the moon

Phase one of the moon
I ended up having the wolf a little messed up when it was finished because it wasn't stuck down, it was just kinda placed there, next time I'm going to glue it down with temporary glue (I lost the can I already had and he had been waiting almost 3 years for this shirt lol)

and the back had a reverse applique of the bio-hazard symbol in red. I think it was the easiest part of the shirt.  It took me a while to figure out how I wanted to do the moon. originally I thought about painting it on, but I like the bleach much better.

This is a fantastic idea!  The wolf looks great.  I love the different tones you get when you strip back the black.

Looks great! Have you tried freezer paper as a stencil I have used it before to make appliques. you just iron the waxy side onto the fabric and when your done just peel it off no sticky stuff left on your fabric.

I've been trying to find it everywhere, but apparently stores in my area don't sell it. I've only found wax paper and parchment paper, neither are suitable for stencils
